The three-tier policy (fully automated / human-gated / human-only) is enforced at the platform level - not just through UI. Automated actions cannot be bypassed by users. Gated actions literally cannot proceed without a logged human approval. Human-only actions cannot be initiated by Eshal under any circumstance, regardless of instructions.
Eshal supports Gulf Arabic (including UAE-specific government vocabulary such as "Baladiya", "Tasheel", and GCC administrative terminology), Modern Standard Arabic, and the Arabic dialects of the UAE's diverse expat workforce.
