Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can run Eshal in sandbox mode across all channels before your first invoice.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and the upgrade takes effect immediately, pro-rated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
A conversation is a single customer session across any channel - web chat, WhatsApp, email, or voice - regardless of how many messages it contains. Sessions inactive for 30+ minutes are counted as new conversations.
Gulf Arabic (MSA, UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) is included on all plans. Levantine and Egyptian dialect packs are available from the Growth plan onward. Custom dialect fine-tuning is Enterprise only.
UAE data residency (OVHcloud UAE region) is available on Growth and above. Starter plan data is processed in our EU region with full GDPR compliance. On-premise deployment is Enterprise-only.
We never cut off your service mid-month. Overages are billed at the per-conversation rate for your plan (Starter: $0.12, Growth: $0.07, Scale: $0.04). You'll receive an alert at 80% usage so you can upgrade before overage kicks in.
